The right beach for children, the trattoria you go to yourself, the viewpoint at sunset: in the Welcomebook you describe them in your own voice, and the concierge passes them on to guests when they ask.
About the Welcomebook
How is it different from a PDF or a folder in the room?
A PDF has to be redone with every change and doesn’t translate itself. The Welcomebook updates in a minute, reads well on a phone and answers questions through the concierge.
Can I send it before arrival?
Yes: the Welcomebook is a link. You can include it in your booking confirmation or in the message the day before.
Can the concierge see my guests’ data?
No. The concierge knows the property information you enter, not your bookings or your guests’ personal data.
Does it work for a hotel with a restaurant too?
Yes: with the same subscription you activate both the Welcomebook and the Digital Menu, and guests can open the menu from the Welcomebook too.
